2) Auctioneer and/or Owners not responsible for errors or omissions in advertising or description of items.

3) Inspection of items is the sole responsibility of buyer. Once purchased buyers are responsible for items, and cannot retract bids. All sales final.

4) By placing an absentee bid you are authorizing the auctioneer at his discretion to bid on your behalf up to the limit of your bid.

5) On site purchases must be paid for with cash or cheque on sale day.

6) Not responsible for accidents at sale site.
